Rubin, 36, of Chili Ave., Chili, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th\/auto over $100, after allegedly stealing a motor vehicle from a residence in the Town of Pavilion on October 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rubin was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on December 1, 2020 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacqueline R. Garrett, 41, of Church St., LeRoy, is charged with illegal use of toxic vapors after inhaling an aerosol outside of a department store on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on October 16, 2020 at 10:06a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A deputy arrived on scene and located Garrett in the act of consuming a hazardous inhalant while outside the store, in view of the public, in violation of the NYS Public Health Law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garrett was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 19, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jordan E.
