Irwin, 49, of Castile, was charged with DWAI\/drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Irwin was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers determined that Irwin had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Irwin was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Perry court in November.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 16, 2020, during a traffic stop on Route 246 in the town of Perry, David J.
