Donahue, 24, of Royce Rd., Varysburg, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, refusal to take a breath test and speeding\/exceeding 55mph,  after a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Alexander on October 17, 2020. The stop occurred at 2:11a.m. after vehicle and traffic law violations were observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, Donahue was allegedly found to be intoxicated by alcohol. He was released on appearance tickets and is due in Alexander Town Court on November 17, 2020 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jhermero D. Maxey, 29, of Robinson Rd., Lockport, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and speeding over 55mph, 65mph in a 55mph, after a traffic stop in the Town of Alabama on Lewiston road on October 16, 2020 at 9:20p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maxey was issued uniform traffic tickets and released on recognizance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maxey will appear in Alabama Town Court on December 9, 2020 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cody M.
