Christopher C. Good, 19, of Cohocton Rd., Corfu, is charged with burglary 1st, a class B felony, after an investigation into an incident on Liberty street on October 20, 2020 at 1:34p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good allegedly unlawfully entered a home on Liberty street and caused physical injury to a person at the residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. An order of protection was put into place, protecting the victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jon H. Bush, 37, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident at a residence in the City of Batavia on October 16, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bush allegedly struck a person in the face multiple times causing injury. The incident occurred while in the presence of a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bush was arraigned in City Court and held at the Genesee County Jail on a parole warrant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will re-appear in City Court on November 18, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Katie L. Wannemacher, 31, of Trumbull Parkway, Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd, criminal obstruction of breathing following an investigation into an incident at a residence in the City of Batavia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wannemacher allegedly choked someone in front of two children on October 17, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wannemacher was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and released on recognizance. She will re-appear in court on December 2, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sean M. Keem, 40, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a disturbance at a residence on Bank street on October 17, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keem allegedly struck another person during the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keem was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in City Court on January 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darrin M. Brown, 31, of W. State St., Albion, is charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument after allegedly being found with several hypodermic needles during an investigation into a larceny at 204 West Main street on October 19, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brown was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 21, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marcella F. Greene, 36, of Pleasant Valley Rd., Bliss, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a needle and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, following an investigation into a larceny at 204 West Main Street on October 19, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greene was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amanda S. Dombrowski, 37, of Versailles Rd., North Evans, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant, after turning herself in to Batavia Police on October 15, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dombrowski failed to appear in City Court on August 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was released on her own recognizance and will appear in City Court on October 28, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andre L. Roberts, 28, of Burrows St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failure to appear in City Court on September 15, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roberts was processed at the Batavia Police Department Headquarters and released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shante M. Griffin, 28, of Fisher Park, Batavia, was charged with owning an unlicensed dog on September 25, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Griffin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
