Martinez, 27, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking a Halloween costume without paying for the item after she allegedly agreed to purchase it from the victim at an address in Darien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on October 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martinez was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on December 1, 2020 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthew R. Albaugh, 35, of Townline Rd., Bergen, is charged with DWI and speeding in excess of 55mph after a traffic stop on Townline road in Bergen on November 1, 2020 at 1:29a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Albaugh allegedly was driving with a BAC of .08% or more. He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 11, 2020 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tricia M.
