Jennifer M. Moore, 35, of River St., Batavia, was arrested after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moore allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions. Moore, who had an active arrest warrant, was located sitting in a vehicle that was parked in a parking lot on Park road in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the time of her arrest, she was also allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moore is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Charles Zambito and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
