On October 30, 2020 at 12:50 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Charles R. Wells, 50, of Castile, NY, for driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Troopers located Wells in his running vehicle slumped over the wheel in the town of Genesee Falls. Troopers allegedly detected a strong smell of alcohol emanating from the vehicle along with an alleged strong smell of marijuana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wells was placed under arrest after\u00a0refusing to perform field sobriety tests at the scene. He was transported to SP Warsaw for processing where he recorded a .10% BAC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
