The Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged a Barre man following an alleged domestic violence incident in the Town of Barre on July 16, 2017.<\/p>\n
Bruce W. Dugan, <\/strong>41, of Maple Street, Town of Barre, was charged with harassment 2nd<\/sup> degree, menacing 2nd<\/sup> degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment 2nd<\/sup> degree, forcible touching, sexual abuse 1st<\/sup> degree, endangering the welfare of a child. <\/strong><\/p>\n Dugan was arraigned before Town of Ridgeway Justice Kujawa and was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $550 cash bail\/ $5000 Bond. Dugan will return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date. The investigation and arrest was conducted by Deputy S. Fox and Sgt J. Doyle.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office arrested Justin M. Tillinghast, <\/strong>22, of Middleport N.Y. and Cody A. Verdesia, <\/strong>26, of Medina N.Y. following a shoplifting incident on July 15th<\/sup>, 2017 at the Wal-Mart Super Center in Albion.<\/p>\n Tillinghast and Verdesia were charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $255.82 in merchandise from the store.<\/p>\n Both defendants are scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court in August 2017.
