Mann, 30, of Genesee Falls, NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on Route 39 in the village of Castile, Mann was found to allegedly be in possession of concentrated marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mann was arrested and remanded to Wyoming County Jail without bail.&nbsp; Mann is to return to Wyoming County Court in December.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 5, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested John P.
