On September 7, 2020, Russell J. Hamilton, 30, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, was arrested in the Village of LeRoy after fleeing from a deputy during a traffic stop on Main road in Stafford. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy Kenneth Quackenbush attempted to stop Hamilton on Rt. 5 for vehicle and traffic violations. Hamilton fled from the stop, leading deputies on a vehicle pursuit into the village of LeRoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hamilton allegedly fled from his vehicle on foot, and after a short foot pursuit, Hamilton was taken into custody after attempting to strike a deputy with a dangerous instrument. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hamilton was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. He is also charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, menacing 2nd\/weapon, obstruction of governmental administration and criminal possession of a weapon\/with intent to use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on December 1, 2020 at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greg R. Solomonidis, 24, of Little Canada Rd., Bethany, is charged with assault 2nd after an incident at the Hillside Tavern on Attica road in Alexander on July 22, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following an investigation, Solomonidis was arrested on November 11, 2020. He allegedly struck a person in the face, causing serious physical injury to that person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solomonidas was arraigned in court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Alexander Court on December 21, 2020 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

James M. Caccamise, 32, of Warboys Rd., Byron, is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, first offense, criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from a lane unsafely, after a single vehicle accident on Fotch road in Stafford on September 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caccamise allegedly overdosed on fentanyl while operating his motor vehicle on a public highway. He was also allegedly in possession of a quantity of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caccamise was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on November 24, 2020 at 9:00a.m. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
