Cox was allegedly involved in a physical altercation where he allegedly punched another person in the face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cox was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 9, 2021 at 1:30p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert D. Wood, 30, of Mill St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, criminal contempt 1st and burglary 2nd following a domestic incident that occurred on Wood street on November 11, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wood allegedly entered the residence of another person who has a stay away order of protection against him. Wood allegedly shoved the person during an argument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wood was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers and jailed in lieu of $10,000 A, $20,000 B and $50,000 E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara C. Pridmore, 62, of Mechanic St., Elba, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18 % or more, moving from a lane unsafely, obstructed view and failure to obey a traffic control device, after a one vehicle accident at 12 Oak street on November 7, 2020 at 11:07p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pridmore crashed into a telephone pole in front of 12 Oak street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An investigation allegedly shows that Pridmore was under the influence of alcohol. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pridmore was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on February 17, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was released to a sober third party. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
