Clark, 30, of Fletcher St., Tonawanda, is charged with harassment 2nd\/physical contact, after he allegedly pushed a staff member during an altercation at a hotel on Park road on November 15, 2020 at 1:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clark was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 9, 2020 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carl D.
