Kearney, 57, of Genesee St., Pembroke, is charged with harassment 2nd and reckless driving after an investigation into a road rage incident at 3978 Pearl street road in the Town of Batavia on December 23, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Kearney struck another driver in the face and cut them off.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court at 1:00a.m. this morning and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n<p>The incident was investigated by Deputy Kyle Krzemien and Sgt.
