Bono, 29, of Williams St., Batavia, is charged with strangulation 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd and resisting arrest, after a domestic incident in the City of Batavia on November 12, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bono  was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and was held at the Genesee County Jail until his court appearance on November 24, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danny D. Williams Sr., 32, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an incident where he allegedly threatened physical violence against another person on September 29, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Williams was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 5, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daniel J. Christie, 31, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd following an incident on Dellinger avenue where he allegedly broke a door that did not belong to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christie was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 9, 2021 at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ridge A.
