Daigler, 22, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd, after allegedly punching out a back window of a vehicle in a driveway on South Pearl street in Oakfield on November 26, 2020 at 3:14a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daigler was virtually arraigned by Judge Grabner and was released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is to appear in Genesee County Court on January 11, 2021 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael J.
