This position is appointed by City Council to serve a six (6) year term and will be effective January 1, 2021. Minimum qualifications require candidates to be an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York for at least five (5) years as of the date he or she commences the duties of the office and must be a resident of the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All interested candidates please submit a letter of interest and resume to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">City Court Judge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attn: City Council President Eugene Jankowski, Jr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One Batavia City Centre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Batavia, New York 14020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resumes and letters of interest are due by 4:30 PM on December 9, 2020.
