Russo, 19, of Pavilion, for DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers stopped Russo on Dutch Hollow road in the town of Sheldon for inadequate plate lamps. Russo was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
