Klinkbell, 32, of Lockport Rd., Alabama, is charged with vehicular assault 1st, felony DWI\/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, reckless driving, failure to keep right, speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from a lane unsafely, driving left of pavement markings, improper passing, failure to notify the DMV of an address change and failure to change address on registration, after an investigation into a two vehicle accident on September 12, 2020 at 8:48p.m. on Bliss road in Oakfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klinkbell was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and caused serious physical injury to a passenger in the other vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klinkbell was released on appearance tickets and is due in Oakfield Town Court on February 1, 2021 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jason A.
