Main street in Elba on December 9, 2020 at 11:51p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plwko went off the roadway and struck a building\/business near Drake street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Elba Town Court on December 23, 2020 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steven D. Keslo, 39, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records 1st and attempted criminal purchase or disposal of a weapon, after he attempted to purchase a firearm on Buffalo road in Bergen on March 18, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to deputies, Keslo was ineligible to possess a firearm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on December 16, 2020 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jonathan R.
