{"id":21360,"date":"2020-12-13T22:26:10","date_gmt":"2020-12-14T03:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/?p=21360"},"modified":"2020-12-13T22:26:10","modified_gmt":"2020-12-14T03:26:10","slug":"nys-police-perry-man-arrested-for-dwi-in-the-town-of-perry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/index.php\/2020\/12\/13\/nys-police-perry-man-arrested-for-dwi-in-the-town-of-perry\/","title":{"rendered":"NYS POLICE\/Perry man arrested for DWI in the town of Perry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On December 2, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Shearer Lovell, 57, of Perry, NY, for DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to a rollover accident into a field off Silver Lake Road, town of Perry. \u00a0During the interview, Lovell was exhibiting signs of intoxication.\u00a0 Troopers determined he had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lovell failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13% BAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lovell was released with appearance tickets for Perry town court and he will appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 2, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Shearer Lovell, 57, of Perry, NY, for DWI.
