On August 18, 2017, the Attica Police Department arrested a 16 year old male and Steven Acevedo, 27, after an incident that occurred on August 16, 2017 on Exchange street.<\/p>\n

At approximately 7:45a.m., the 16 year old teen and Acevedo forcibly took the property of a victim on Exchange Street in the Village of Attica. The 16 year old is charged with robbery 2nd<\/sup>, assault 2nd<\/sup> and criminal mischief 4th.<\/sup><\/p>\n

Acevedo is charged with robbery 2nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The 16 year old was remanded to the Wyoming county jail on $5,000.00 cash bail and Acevedo was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n

Both appeared in the Attica Village Court on August 21, 2017 at 10:00AM.<\/p>\n

Upon defendants appearance in Village Court this morning Village Justice J. Perry remanded both defendants back to Wyoming County Sheriff Office Jail pending a felony hearing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
