McConnell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 29, 2017.<\/p>\n

Rae C. Cook, 28, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a physical altercation with a roommate on Ellicott street on August 21, 2017 at midnight.<\/p>\n
Cook is accused of punching and kicking her roommate in the face.<\/p>\n
Cook was released on an appearance ticket ordering her to appear in City Court on August 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Minnie M. Henry, 29, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of City Court following a domestic incident that occurred in July of 2017 on Hutchins street.<\/p>\n
She is charged with criminal mischief and harassment 2nd in the incident.<\/p>\n
