A 17 year old male, of LeRoy, is charged with trespassing after a complaint received by the Sheriff’s Office of numerous people trespassing on private property near 7875 E. Main road in the Town of LeRoy on August 21, 2017.<\/p>\n
Following the investigation, the 17 year old male was charged and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of\u00a0 LeRoy Court on September 18, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Joelle M. Devincentis, 34,\u00a0 of Weston Rd., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Stafford in June of 2017.\u00a0 Devincentis was arraigned on Wednesday and is facing the charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd and inadequate plate lamp.<\/p>\n
She was jailed on $200 cash bond and $2500 insurance bond and will re-appear in Stafford Town Court on September 12, 2017 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Olivia M. Lyons, 24, of Judge Rd., Alabama, is charged with petit larceny after an incident that occurred at a department store at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive on August 17, 2017.<\/p>\n
Lyons was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 7, 2017<\/p>\n
