Roth, 45, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, moving from a lane unsafely and expired vehicle inspection, after an investigation into an incident on East Main street on October 30, 2020 at 7:06p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roth was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on February 24, 2020 at 9:00a.m..
