Ciapa was located behind the wheel of a running vehicle, parked in the complainant\u2019s driveway. The complainant did not know Ciapa.<\/p>\n<p>Ciapa failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. Ciapa submitted to a breath test which showed his BAC to be above the legal limit.
