Brodes J. Gibson, 59, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with assault 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd after a domestic incident that occurred in the City of Batavia on October 20, 2020 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gibson allegedly stabbed another person with a knife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gibson was arrested on December 18, 2020 in an unrelated incident by Medina Police, and turned over to Batavia Police on an arrest warrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail. He re-appeared in court on December 23, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christopher A. Sewar, 34, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with burglary 2nd and criminal contempt 2nd following an incident on Maple street where he allegedly violated a court order and allegedly burglarized a house on December 19, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sewar was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is due back in court on January 25, 2021 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason W. Wolf, 44, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, unlicensed operator, refusal to take a breath test, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle and insufficient turn signal, following a complaint of an intoxicated driver on East Main street on December 19, 2020 at 8:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wolf’s vehicle was located and a vehicle and traffic law violation was observed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
