Juan M. Mendez, 20, of Holley, was arrested and charged with rape 1st, a class B felony\/sexual intercourse with another person who is incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless, on December 28, 2020 in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mendez allegedly had sexual intercourse with a female victim who was incapable of consent due to her level of intoxication, rendering her helpless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mendez is being held at the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 bail , $10,000 bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
