Beilein, 44, of Bennington, for DWI, aggravated DWI, unlicensed operation, deposited refuse on the highway and unauthorized sticker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers stopped Beilein on Route 354 in the Town of Cowlesville, NY for impeding traffic and throwing an item out of the window, causing embers to spark on the roadway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers detected a strong odor of alcohol beverage emanating from Beilein. Beilein was placed under arrest for failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
