On August 27, 2017 at about 6:39p.m.,\u00a0 Troopers arrested Robert E. Ezzo, 68, of\u00a0 Kriger Rd., Attica, NY for driving while intoxicated and moved from lane unsafely.<\/span><\/p>\n

Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle off the road with a complainant and witness roadside waiting for police to respond. Ezzo was located at his residence. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ezzo was given Standard Field Sobriety Test\u2019s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Ezzo recorded a .12% BAC. and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of\u00a0 Bennington Court on September 11, 2017 @ 6P.M.<\/span><\/p>\n
