Stimson, 33, of Hartshorn Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd and offering a false instrument for filing 1st, after an investigation into several firearms allegedly being place on a pistol permit on June 22, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stimson was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will appear in City Court on March 4, 2021 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicole L. Cramer, 31, of Albany St., Buffalo, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Batavia for a petit larceny that occurred at 5267 Clinton street in Batavia, the Crosby&#8217;s store, on April 16, 2020 at 2:32p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cramer was transported to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She appeared in Genesee County Court on January 6, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Justin T.
