Chad M. Johnston, 34, of Washington Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th\/stimulant, after he was observed by dispatchers on security camera inside the Sheriff’s Office vestibule, using a lighter in the corner on January 13, 2021 at 11:43pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon further investigation, Johnston was found allegedly using the lighter, to light a glass pipe to smoke crack cocaine while in the vestibule. He was also allegedly found to be in possession of seven baggies of crack cocaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson was held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment this morning in City Court. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
