Molly M. Smith, 45, of MacArthur Dr., Batavia, is charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs in a minor injury accident that occurred at 413 W. Main Street on September 8, 2017.<\/p>\n

Smith struck a Genesee County Sheriff’s Department marked vehicle that was stopped at an intersection.<\/p>\n

Smith was not injured, two passengers in her SUV were transported to UMMC to be checked out. The Deputy driving the Sheriff’s van was not injured.<\/p>\n

Smith was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. She will appear in City Court on November 1, 2017 at 9:00a.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
