Batavia Police were called to the Dollar General Store on East Main street for a report of a female concealing items on December 17, 2016.<\/p>\n
Once on location, Police\u00a0 confronted Jamie L. Broadbent, 33, of Thorpe St., Batavia, who resisted arrest.<\/p>\n
She is charged with resisting arrest, petit larceny, criminal mischief 4th and criminal tampering 3rd after passing all points of sale at the Dollar General at 412 East Main street.<\/p>\n
Broadbent was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $3,000 bail.<\/p>\n

Judy A. Stiles, 58,\u00a0 of Sheppard Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, following too closely and operating a motor vehicle without headlights after an accident on 301 West Main street.<\/p>\n
Stiles allegedly struck another vehicle that was stopped for a red light on West Main street.<\/p>\n
During the investigation, it was determined that Stiles had been operating her motor vehicle while intoxicated on December 16, 2016.<\/p>\n
She was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on January 3, 2017.<\/p>\n

Daniel J. Eastridge, 21, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving in the wrong direction on a one way, failed to stop at a stop sign and passing a solid red light after a traffic stop at 5 Denio street on December 24, 2016.<\/p>\n
Eastridge was observed allegedly failing to yield for a steady red light signal and was eventually pulled over on Denio street.<\/p>\n
It was determined that Eastridge was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.<\/p>\n
He is due in City Court on January 10, 2017.<\/p>\n

Noel M. Wentworth, 47, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after a small quantity of crack cocaine was located inside her wallet on 6 City Centre on December 5, 2016.<\/p>\n
Wentworth is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 10, 2017.<\/p>\n

James J. Preedom, 32, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with unnecessary noise following several noise complaints and warnings at an address on Walnut street on December 21, 2016.<\/p>\n
Preedom was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 3, 2017.<\/p>\n
