Russell L. Penepent, 54, of West Main St.Rd., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly menacing a neighbor and his 5 year old son with a firearm at 4016 W. Main Street Road on September 10, 2017 at 3:20p.m<\/p>\n
Penepent was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash and $5,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n
He will re-appear in court on September 22, 2017.<\/p>\n

Ryan P. Isham, 26, of 66th St., Niagara Falls, NY, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, failure to yield the right of way on a left turn and failure to yield the right of way at a yield sign after a two vehicle accident on Rt. 98 near Rt. 262 in Elba on September 10, 2017 at 12:55 a.m.<\/p>\n
When deputies arrived on scene, they located a Dodge Ram pick up truck on its roof.<\/p>\n
Occupants of both vehicles were out of their vehicles.<\/p>\n
Isham, the operator of a Chevy Silverado, was transported ot UMMC for an evaluation and then released.<\/p>\n
All other occupants of both vehicles were released on scene.<\/p>\n
More charges are pending after further investigation.<\/p>\n
Isham was issued traffic tickets and released to appear in Elba Town Court on December 13, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Daniel J. Maus, 56, of Johnson Rd., Bergen, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing marijuana during a traffic stop on Perry road in Pavilion on September 9, 2017 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n
