Miller, 27, of Union St., Holley, is charged with DWI, passing a red light and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on State street in the Village of Holley on September 11, 2017 at 11:35p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Miller allegedly failed to stop at a traffic light.<\/p>\n<p>Miller was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and released on her own recognizance.
