Marrow, 29, of Manhattan Ave., Batavia, was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of City Court for aggravated DWI, after failing to appear in court at a scheduled appearance date in November of 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marrow was arraigned virtually at the Genesee County Jail on February 3, 2021 by Judge Rogers and will return to court on March 18, 2021 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christopher P. Thomas, 38, of State St., Batavia, is charged with dog running at large, a municipal code violation level offense, for allegedly allowing his dog to run at large on State street on January 29, 2021 at 10:25a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas allegedly let his pet German Shepard run at large on a neighbor&#8217;s lawn. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 30, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zachary J.W.
