Stack Jr., 44, of LeRoy, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on State Route 246 in the town of Perry, Stack was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Stack had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.&nbsp; Stack had failed standardized field sobriety tests.&nbsp; He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Warsaw Police Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stack was released with appearance tickets for the town of Perry court, where he is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS RELEASE On February 7, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michael J.
