Officer Hope arrested David Purdy, 34, of Perry, on September 18, 2017 on the charges of trespassing, harassment 2nd, stalking 4th and intimidating a victim\/witness after an incident that occurred at Dollar General in the Village of Perry\u00a0 on September 16, 2017.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

On August 24, 2017, Purdy was charged with conspiracy after allegedly blocking the view of a security camera during an alleged petit larceny of a sinus medication at the Dollar General store.<\/p>\n

Purdy was arraigned at Perry Village Court in front of Justice Bogart, Purdy was committed to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond. <\/span><\/p>\n
