Nicholas B. Turnquist, 35, of Reading Rd., West Falls, NY, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury, and is accused of rape 3rd degree, a class E felony and sexual abuse 1st degree, a class D violent felony, after an incident in the Town of Darien on August 23, 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turnquist allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with another person less than 17 years old and allegedly subjected them to sexual contact by forcible compulsion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turnquist was arrested after a multi-county investigation into a series of sex offenses that occurred at various locations in Genesee, Wyoming and Erie Counties. He was arrested following the execution of a search warrant with the assistance from the East Aurora Police Department and FBI at 1814 Reading Road, Town of Aurora in Erie County, on April 1, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turnquist is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child and rape 2nd in Wyoming County where is currently being held without bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
