Patrick T. Fuhr, 61, of Union Rd., Cheektowaga, has been additionally charged after a vehicle pursuit that occurred on January 29, 2021 in Genesee County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At about 4:00p.m., Sheriff’s deputies attempted to make contact with Fuhr on Buffalo road in Bergen. Fuhr allegedly fled the scene when deputies made contact with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fuhr is additionally charged with reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, obstructing governmental administration 2nd, failure to signal, unregistered motor vehicle and unlicensed operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will appear in Bergen Town Court on March 3, 2021 at 5:00p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patrick T. Fuhr, 61, of Union Rd., Cheektowaga, is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, failure to stop at a stop sign and a red light violation, following a police pursuit on January 29, 2021 in the City of Batavia, the towns of Batavia and Pembroke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies attempted to pull Fuhr over after he had fled from deputies in Genesee and Livingston County earlier in the day on January 29, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fuhr is to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m. and in Batavia City Court on March 10, 2021 at 9:00a.m. to answer all of the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

State Police charged Fuhr with reckless endangerment 2nd, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and reckless driving at 9:40p.m. in the town of Lancaster on January 29, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
