On February 17, 2021 at 3:38 P.M., Troopers out of SP Albion responded to a two-vehicle collision on West County House Road in the town of Albion.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further investigation revealed that a 2010 Dodge traveling eastbound on West County House Road attempted to make a left-hand turn into a driveway and struck a 2016 Jeep that was traveling westbound, head-on.\u00a0 The Jeep overturned multiple times and the operator, Steven C. Noah, 46, of Hamlin, NY, was ejected from the vehicle.\u00a0 Noah was pronounced dead at the scene and was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NYSP Collision Reconstruction Unit, Forensic Identification Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted in this investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
