Potter, 37, an inmate at the jail, was charged with assault 2nd after allegedly punching another inmate in the face, causing physical injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potter was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Rogers and is being held without bail.
