Vaughn, 22, of Richley Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08%, unregistered motor vehicle and moving from a lane unsafely, after Sheriff&#8217;s deputies located a vehicle off the road on Attica road in the Town of Darien on February 20, 2021 at 6:27p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vaughn was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on March 16, 2021 at 4:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jose A. Cruz, 44,  of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with menacing 2nd , harassment 2nd and NYS mental hygiene law, after a domestic incident on February 20, 2021 at midnight in Oakfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cruz allegedly menaced another person and made threats to harm himself also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arraigned virtually at the Genesee County Jail on behalf of the Town of Oakfield Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cruz is scheduled to appear in Genesee County Court on April 5, 2021 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rodney L. Harmon Jr., 44, of Church St., Elba, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after allegedly being found to be in possession of oxycodone and  hydrochloride, after a probation home visit in Elba on February 19, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harmon was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Elba Town Court on March 24, 2021 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tristan M.
