Farley, 52, of Harvester avenue, Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, harassment 2nd, burglary 2nd and criminal mischief 4th, after allegedly violating an order of protection by forcefully entering a local residence and having physical contact with the protected party on February 8, 2021 at 9:57p.m..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farley was arraigned in City Court and held on bail set at $10,000 A , $20,000 B and $30,000 E. He will re-appear in court on March 10, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert D. Wood, 30, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing governmental administration and burglary 2nd, after a domestic incident on February 13, 2021 at 5:41p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wood was arraigned in City Court by Judge Burns and remanded to the jail in lieu of $5,000A, $10,000 B and $20,000 E. He is scheduled to re-appear in court on March 18, 2021 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicholas C. Longhini, 32, of Ryan Rd., Wyoming, NY, is charged with attempted robbery, criminal mischief and criminal contempt, following an incident that occurred at a Batavia residence on February 6, 2021 at 4:12p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Longhini was issued an appearance ticket after he turned himself in at the Batavia Police Department. He will appear in City Court on April 13, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dawn M. Lockwood, 51, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and grand larceny 4th, following an investigation at an apartment complex on South Main street on February 11, 2021 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lockwood allegedly took and used a vehicle, along with a debit card of a friend without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lockwood was released with appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on May 11, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

William H. Smith, 43, of James St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving across hazard markings and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident at 90 Main street on February 7, 2021 at 9:59 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smith allegedly was driving under the influence of alcohol and failed field sobriety tests and was arrested during a Super Bowl DWI Crackdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was processed at the Batavia Police Department and was released on uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on April 6, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy A. Cary, 45, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident on Bank street on February 14, 2021 at 12:18a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cary allegedly attacked two people in their shared apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 17, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rosemary R. Waters, 34, of Jackson St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant on February 15, 2021, out of City Court, for petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance on East Main street from December 13, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waters was also arrested on another warrant for failure to appear after being arrested on August 17, 2020 for DWAI\/drugs. She was issued appearance tickets and released, but allegedly failed to appear in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waters was arraigned on both warrants and released on recognizance. She will appear in City Court on March 4, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
