On September 20, 2017, Wert was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd after getting into an argument at Austin Park and allegedly violating an order of protection.<\/p>\n
Wert was arraigned in City Court and held on $1,000 cash or bond bail.<\/p>\n

David A. Leach, 23, of Morganville Rd., Stafford, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving a motor vehicle on a sidewalk, following an investigation into a property damage motor vehicle accident on Bank street road on September 21, 2017.<\/p>\n
Leach was issued uniform traffic tickets and\u00a0 released.<\/p>\n
He is scheduled to return to City Court on October 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Markeda D. Starks, 26, of Highland Park, Batavia, was arrested on a City Court bench warrant. Starks posted bail and was released.<\/p>\n
