Mead Sr., 33, is charged with welfare fraud 4th and offering a false instrument to file 1st, both felonies, after an investigation by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office and the Department of Social Services on February 22, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is alleged that Mead failed to report his household composition accurately. By failing to report this, he received $1,476 in taxpayer benefits that he was not entitled to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mead has a return court date in March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An Attica woman is facing welfare fraud charges after she allegedly failed to report household income to the Department of Social Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donna P. Beitz, 67, is charged with welfare fraud 5th and offering a false instrument to file 2nd, both misdemeanors, after an investigation by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office and the Department of Social Services on February 22, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is alleged that Beitz failed to report her household income accurately.
