Christopher D. Nolan, 36, of Clinton St., Bergen, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly slapping a 14 year old boy across the face at a park in Bergen on Lake avenue on September 25, 2017.<\/p>\n
Nolan was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 4, 2017.<\/p>\n

Marcos Cacho-Velaz, 37, of Depew St., Rochester,\u00a0 is charged with felony DWI, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd, refusal to take a breath test, failure to dim headlights and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Alexander on September 23, 2017.<\/p>\n
Cacho-Velaz was arraigned in the Town of Alexander Court.<\/p>\n

Jeri C. Lobur, 51, of Hoag Ave., Akron, is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent and petit larceny after Lobur took a vehicle on Genesee street in Pembroke without the owner’s consent.<\/p>\n
Lobur then sold a number of power tools that were stored in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Lobur was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court.<\/p>\n

Rachel L. Crawford, 32, of N. Winton Rd., Rochester, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd from an incident in March of 2017.<\/p>\n
Judge Balbick allowed her to pay her fine and she was released.<\/p>\n
