In Count 2, Bush is accused of criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor, after intentionally damaging a bedroom door on February 14, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Count 3, he is accused of criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor, after damaging another person’s cell phone on February 14, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Count 4, Bush stole a cell phone from another person on February 14, 2021 and is accused of grand larceny 4th, a class E felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Count 5, Bush is accused of criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor, after damaging an entryway door on February 14, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
