{"id":2345,"date":"2017-09-28T17:46:44","date_gmt":"2017-09-28T21:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/?p=2345"},"modified":"2017-09-28T17:46:44","modified_gmt":"2017-09-28T21:46:44","slug":"wyoming-countyatticateen-accused-of-vandalism-at-cemetery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/index.php\/2017\/09\/28\/wyoming-countyatticateen-accused-of-vandalism-at-cemetery\/","title":{"rendered":"WYOMING COUNTY\/Attica\/Teen accused of vandalism at cemetery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 17 year old male was arrested following the investigation into vandalism at St. Vincent Cemetery on Exchange Road in the Town of Attica on September 26, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Caretakers of the cemetery found two broken out windows on the rear side of the cemetery\u2019s maintenance building.\u00a0 Following an investigation by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office, a 17 year old male was found to have entered a locked fenced area at the rear of the building and used a stick to break out the windows while inside the enclosed area.<\/p>\n<p>A ten year old child had also been present at the time.<\/p>\n<p>The 17 year old male was arrested and charged with criminal mischief 4th, criminal trespass 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child.\u00a0 The 17 year old male was issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Attica Court at a later date to answer the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 17 year old male was arrested following the investigation into vandalism at St. Vincent Cemetery on Exchange Road in the Town of Attica on September 26, 2017.
