Sampson, 55, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident at 7268 Rt. 33  in Bergen on March 5, 2021 at 5:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sampson allegedly exited the roadway and struck the Lyman road sign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sampson was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on March 17, 2021 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeffrey R. Doherty, 45, of Timber Point Rd., East Islip, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, driving to the left of pavement markings and improper signal, after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic law violations at 3266 Buffalo street in Alexander on March 3, 2021 at 6:45p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doherty allegedly drove in the opposite lane of traffic in a no passing zone and then used his turn signal improperly while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol according to deputies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alexander Town Court on April 27, 2021 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reginald C.
